Well, my Granny is available next Saturday. She's very cheap, and she's got a test instrument. Of course it's a few years old now, and it's not calibrated. She says it works fine, as long as the sticky tape holding the case together doesn't fall of.
She's not a member of the ECA or NICEIC, or any other "poncy waste of time bureaucratic gang", but she hasn't had any complaints. But then, ... how would you know if she had?
She says you can have a report if you want, but let her know if you want it on "proper paper" or will the "fag packet" do?
She is good! She's been on the course!! She can even give you some references - or she would if her last customer's place hadn't burned down.
There you are.
